Welcome to the FLASH GEAR SOLID VR Trainer. Your mission is simple. Use your remote control NIKITA missiles to destroy all of the targets in each level. Use a variety of techniques to get the fastest time and claim first place. Set in a 3D environment, you can use the First Person View to better explore your environment. Beat all of the levels to find out what is in the box! This project started out as my test of the PaperVision 3D 2.0 engine and AS3 and was inspired by my friend's FotoViewr project (see it at fotoviewr.com). I hope you enjoy the game! This was a short term project so there are still several things I would have liked to put in - but they'll probably go in the possible future sequels and/or revisions. The game is centered on getting enough points to move on to the next level under a restricted time limit. You control a paddle which allows you to bounce a ball and keep it from falling and being destroyed. The balls bounce height can be manipulated by pressing up or down as the ball hits the paddle. Using those simple techniques you must complete the levels objective to gain points.
There are no lives or number of balls to worry about. The only thing that restricts you is the time limit on the level.
The games game play is simplistic but continually addictive throughout the games 20 unique and progressively challenging levels. Although the game play is not incredible fast it requires quick reflexes as well as short term strategy (some luck is also involved). |  Music Memory Game

Can you distinguish each and every music note you hear? In this game, your task is to listen to the notes played by the computer, then replay them in the same sequence. You will be given 7 color buttons, namely do, re, mi, fa, so, la and ti from left to right. Before the game starts, you may press the buttons to familiarize yourself with their pitches. Press the Start button under the buttons when you are ready, and the computer will start to play some notes. Listen carefully as you will be asked to click the correct buttons after the computer has finished playing. You will start the game with 5 lives, as indicated at the top left corner. One life will be deducted if you click a wrong button, and if all lives are lost, the game ends. Take the test now and see if you possess the ability of absolute pitch! |
