Can you master the wordtris by using the descending letters to form meaningful words? In this game, your goal is to arrange the descending blocks of letters so that they form words with at least 3 letters in a horizontal or vertical line and then be destroyed. You can use the down, left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to move a descend block. Take notice of the next letter which is shown on the left of the play area, and aim for a higher score by spelling longer words or the word shown in the bonus section. If a bomb appears, you can land it on a block to destroy all blocks of the same letter, for example, when you land a bomb on a block which writes "A", all of the blocks of the letter A will be destroyed. When a block of fire lands on a block, it will first spread horizontally until its path is blocked by a wall, a block or an empty space. Then it will destroy all connected blocks in the row below its path. If a block of fire has landed on an empty pile, it will simply destroy itself. The game ends when a column of blocks reaches the top of the play area and no more words can be formed. Try to form chains and combos and become an expert of Word Out! |

There are 3 types of living enemies, all of which you can stomp or throw snowballs at. The first and simplest is the penguin, he will only hurt you if you touch him from the front. Besides living enemies you have regular cannons and smart cannons, smart cannons shoot at you, while regular cannons just shoot in one direction. Also you have lasers that will burn you if you touch them, they will also burn your enemies so you can use that (push a penguin onto a laser). You also have sliding ice blocks, that move back and forth on a given platform, they are heavy so they will push you from the platform. You can stop them by standing on top of them. There are also spikes that you need to be aware of. To help you jump higher, there are red trampolines. You have 3 lives, the third time someone or something hurts you, you are dead. You can stand on ice or snow, ice is more slippery. You collect hearts when you are hurt. In order to pass a level you have to collect all the ice cubes in it. There are 9 levels, 3 are set in the afternoon, 3 at dusk, and 3 at night (the design of the background and the sun/moon movement changes). |

The 4 foundations are located at the top of the screen. Before moving to the foundations, the cards can be arranged on the tableau piles. A group of cards can be moved to another tableau pile if the starting card of the group is in alternate color and of an immediately lower ranking than the topmost card of the target tableau pile, for example, a group starting with a 9 of spades can be placed on top of a 10 of hearts or a 10 of diamonds. The cards above the starting card of the group can be in any suit and sequence. When the upturned cards of a tableau pile are removed, you can click to reveal the topmost downturned card. An empty tableau pile can be occupied by a K or a group starting with a K. Each card successfully moved to the foundation gives 500 points.
