SkillBall is a great new Arkanoid/Breakout game clone with 20 beautiful and well designed levels of increasing difficulty. As in all Breakout games the objective is to destroy and remove all bricks/pieces from the screen with a ball that is controlled with a paddle.
SkillBall features nine exciting kinds of Power-Ups that can be collected and used with the paddle. There are known power-ups like Multi- and FireBall and also new and unique like Comet and MegaBullet with which one can shoot at the bricks.
SkillBall also can be played in two game modes, Tournament and Practice Mode. Tournament always starts at level 1 with 3 lives. The goal is to finish the last level 20 without loosing all lives. Each level that is completed in Tournament Mode will be unlocked to select and play in Practice Mode. |

In the game, a layer of bricks lines the top third of the screen. A ball travels across the screen, bouncing off the top and side walls of the screen. When a brick is hit, the ball bounces away and the brick is destroyed. The player loses a turn when the ball touches the bottom of the screen.
